Why 15% Mandelic Acid works
Powerful exfoliation, made for body skin — not a diluted face serum stretched to cover more ground.
Bigger molecule. Deeper results.
15% Mandelic Acid has a larger molecular size, so it penetrates slower and works deeper with less irritation.
A bigger molecule, on purpose.
Mandelic acid's molecule is roughly twice the size of glycolic acid's. That size is the whole point — it penetrates more slowly and evenly, so you get real exfoliation with less risk of the redness and irritation that can trigger new dark marks.
Mandelic acid stays closer to the surface — steady exfoliation without overwhelming thicker body skin.
Real routines, real skin.
"I've dealt with back acne since college and tried everything from benzoyl peroxide washes to prescription creams. This is the first thing that's actually faded the dark marks, not just the breakouts."
"Peeling in week one freaked me out until I read the directions. Now at week six, my chest is smoother than it's been in years."
"No more bleached towels — that alone was worth switching. My skin is clearer than it's been since high school."
Everything you're wondering.
What's the difference between Level 1 and Level 2?
Level 2 is our body-strength formula at 15% mandelic acid — built for stubborn breakouts, dark marks, and rough texture on thicker skin like your back, chest, butt, and thighs. Not sure if you need something gentler first? Message us and we'll help you find your Level.
Can I use this on my face?
This serum is formulated specifically for body skin, which is thicker than facial skin. We don't recommend using the Level 2 body strength on your face — look for a lower-strength facial mandelic product instead.
How do I use it?
Apply to clean, dry skin 2–3x per week at night. Always follow with a moisturizer, and use SPF daily on any exposed treated areas during the day.
Is it fragrance-free and vegan?
Yes — the formula is fragrance-free, dye-free, and vegan.
Is this safe if I have a nut or almond allergy?
Mandelic acid is derived from bitter almonds, but the ingredient used in skincare is a purified compound — not the protein responsible for tree nut and almond allergic reactions. It's generally considered safe for people with nut allergies. That said, food and skin allergies don't always overlap, and reactions can vary from person to person. If you have a nut or almond allergy — especially a severe one — please check with your allergist or dermatologist before use, and always patch test on a small area of skin first.
Can I use this if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
As with any active skincare ingredient, we recommend checking with your doctor before starting a new product while pregnant or breastfeeding.
What if it doesn't work for me?
We back every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not seeing results, reach out and we'll make it right.
Is "peeling" normal?
Yes — mild flaking in the first few weeks is a sign of increased cell turnover, not irritation. It typically settles down after 6–8 weeks of consistent use. If it feels painful rather than just dry, scale back to once or twice a week.
